Technique of the Week

Our Technique of the Week is a basic / intermediate Kickboxing sequence that leads with the uppercut, follows with straight shots and finishes off with a hook, cross and inside leg kick combination. Good drill to do with a partner or on Thai pads. Start slow and build up the pace as you move through the round. The idea is not to blitz your opponent but rather focus on flowing from one strike to the next and practicing good technique.
